Claire and Doc both went up in a Cessna 172 today. It was Claire's first lesson, and Doc's review. Both flew for equal time, and really enjoyed it. We had lunch at Wings first, and then went and did the plane inspection. Claire took off, flew and then landed. Doc took off, flew and landed. Both did really well!!
Wow Uncle!!! Great job. Just like the old days. I remember when you would fly to Morgan to visit. We could hardly wait for you to arrive in your plane. As soon as you would "buzz" the house we would all jump in the car and drive to the small air-strip near Mtn. Green to pick you up. Those were fun times. We miss you.
